You're right it definitley isn't offical art.
It's fanart done by Medea, a Russian artist. They have since deleted the orginal Gyo image, but you can find the rest of their content here: https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/9150323/artworks
None of it really has the horror atmoshere of this peice, but hopfully their is somthing to your liking.
