They obviously don't have speed bumps in the world of Cyberpunk, or a bike slung this low to the ground would be in real trouble :-) They remind me of the really llow Low Rider custom/chopper bikes Wizard used to build many year ago in England. They had a frame and belly pan just one wuarter of an inch from the floor, and were ridden by people who were always coming to grief by trying to ride them in areas with speed bunps, bringing them to an abrupt halt, or just ripping the frames and belly pans apart. Oh, how we laughed, cruel people that we were :-) I miss Wizard and the beautiful bikes he made. He helped me get into chopping my own Harley Davidsons, as I'm mot very tall, so he showed me how to build bikes low enough for me to get my leg over, but not so low as to have them wrecked going over a speed bump or a pothole in the roads where I lived at the time. So many fond memories of that man and the time we spent together. They just don't make crazy men like him anymore :->
