The original is somewhat blurry and washed out; I did my best to improve it. Upsized x2 in Topaz Gigapixel followed by several Photoshop adjustments and filters. Also I fixed the edges using Content Aware Fill (incredibly useful though not 100% perfect) and a little bit of brushwork. It looks so good now, you could print it out and hang it on a wall (if you have a melancholy temperament like me).
