This picture is a reference to the Living Saint from the Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War series. She is the super unit for the Sister of Battle in the Soulstorm expansion. If you look closely at her breast plate and her foward leg - there is a symbol: a capital i and skull. This is the symbol of the Inquisition, and the Sisters of Battle are the fighting forces used in most desperate times by the Inquisition.
