No I didn't create this wonderful piece of art. Sadly I didn't know who is the author, but it's a great work indeed and my respects to him(her).

Gandalf (Wand Elf when translated from its Germanic origins) has always been one of my favourite Tolkien characters. He is as much a game player as pawn, as seen in the Hobbit when he convinced Thorin Oakenshield to return to the Misty Mountain and rid it of Smaug/reclaim his kingdom, then in The Lord of the Rings, he proved his true power, and became what Saruman was supposed to be. Pity they never learned what happened to the two Blue magicians in either the books or the flms. Gandalf isn't human, and neither were Radaghast or Saruman, they were created as part of Middle World's energy/elemental system, and so were almost as old as the Elves, if not older, as the Elves were the first created race in the Silmarillion, followed by men and Dwarves, then Halflings and Orcs/Goblins.
