I have no idea, if you are using it as a Youtube cover and you're not making any money from Youtube you should be fine though.
@cdd yah the thing is though i used to habe a channel with 500+ subs for mc videos and play with my new channel to have even more subs meaning more views 1k view is about 1 euro so im not sure :/
