Seven-year-old Prava was found in a tiny two-bedroom apartment living with his mother and dozens of her
pet birds.
Prava’s mother treated him like another of her pets, feeding and housing him, but never speaking to him.
His only communication was with the other birds, and he didn’t speak, but chirped.
He was released into care by his mother, and is currently being rehabilitated in a center for psychological care.
